- Represent a positive Christian example on social media.
- Conduct a voluntary Bible study or prayer group on campus.
- Wear a Christian t-shirt.
- Organize a “See You at the Pole” prayer day in September.
- Write an article for the school newspaper.
- Put an advertisement in the high school yearbook or newspaper.
- Send a note of congratulations to students winning awards throughout the school year. Enclose a Christian thought in the letter.
- Invite your youth leader to eat lunch with you and your unsaved friends (Get permissions for your leader to be on campus.)
- Give a report on a Christian book or person for English class.
- Circulate a good, Christian book among your friends.
- Talk to the administration about an elective class on the “Bible as literature: or a Bible Release program.
- Perform a Christian song or skit for a talent show.
- Visit kids from school who are sick in the hospital.
- Go to a viewing/funeral to show care to a friend who lost a relative or friend.
- Set a goal to witness to one student each day.
- Counsel fellow students going through a rough time.
- Carry an actual Bible on campus and open it to read.
- Be a servant.
- Pray over your meal.
- Invite unsaved friends to your church youth group.
- Ask your teacher if your youth pastor can speak in class.
- Ask the coach if you can lead the team in prayer before a game.
- Conduct a survey of your classmates’ religious beliefs.
- Tell teachers and principals you are praying for them.
- Talk to student council about student problems (and solutions).
- Be an example!
- Invite friends to your house after a game.
- Learn how to be a real friend:
- Friends are caring.
- They are good listeners.
- They are always there when you need them.
- They are loving.
- They are interested in the things that you are interested in.
- They are loyal.
- They never put you down behind your back.
- They are supportive.
- They are fun.
- They are comfortable to be around and are comfortable with silence. (You don’t always have to be talking.)
- Out of sight is not out of mind.
- Text encouraging comments.
