Each year, interns are trained and equipped at the Urban Hope Training Center in Philadelphia.  One young man, Sebastian Bosi, from the Grace Brethren Church in Norwalk, California, is just starting his nine month internship in Philadelphia this week.  Sent out by his local church, Sebastian was prayed over by the Driven youth group as well as the entire church family before he flew to the east coast on Sunday.  We pray that God works in you and through you in great ways during this next year, Sebastian.  Welcome to the team!

Sebastian introduces himself…
Hello, my name is Sebastian Bosi. I am from Norwalk Grace Brethren in Norwalk, California. I believe that God has called me to intern here at Urban Hope for multiple reasons. One, I believe that Kensington, Philadelphia, is a place where God is working and I would love nothing more than to take part in what God is doing. Second, I will be given the knowledge and skills on how effective ministry is run in order to take it back to my home church in order to help spread the gospel back at home. And lastly, I do believe that this experience is going to ultimately help me become a better representative of Christ. I’m excited to learn how to be more involved in a community as well as learning the best ways to evangelize. I’m just grateful that God has given me this opportunity.
