Looking For An Easy Outreach?
Community Grace in Warsaw, Indiana had a Daddy/Daughter bowling outreach last Sunday night with over 70 attending. Here’s what they did to make it work.
- Reserved the entire bowling alley
- Promoted the event through fliers and word of mouth
- Encouraged dads and daughters already attending the church to invite friends
- Asked those coming to let the contact person know so lanes could be assigned. This was done so visitors would know in what lanes they would find their friends
- Provided free pizza
- Contacted local businesses for coupons and gift certificates to give away for strikes and spares
- Asked three people to be a "prize patrol" to handle the give-aways.
