Testimonies From Momentum: "This Week Truly Changed My Life"
	Stories from the impact of Momentum East are many. Most will only be told to local churches, friends and family. But some stores have been made public. Here are a few with links to more.
From the Momentum Website This was my first year going to Momentum. I have to say that it was AWESOME. I learned that I have to put God on the throne of my life and not on the top shelf where other important things can dwell. I also saw two people come to Christ this week Wow! I don't even know where to start. This week truly changed my life. God revealed to me that I should never feel like I have had enough of Him. Read more stories... About the We Care Dayton Outreach Event Today we had the opportunity to talk to a lot of people and pray with them. We shared a lot of stories that made my heart cry out for them. Stories of missing children, death, and job loss. It was so amazing to see those people smile after we prayed for them and many said that we had really made their day and that they will never forget us and the generosity we showed. "Today, (July 30) in Worthington, Ohio, students left the parking lot in droves and through many tears the Operation Barnabas teams of 2008 parted for the final time. What an emotional time for many of the students! Though there is much excitement about going home and putting into practice everything we have fought so hard to learn this summer, we also cannot help but feel like part of who we have become is being left behind as we say 'good-bye.' Students worked hard all year to display their God-given talents at Momentum Youth Conference. Nurturing Abilities For Christ (NAC) and Bible Quizzing winners are posted. Please encourage your students to use the abilities God has given them in your local church. See a listing of winners.

Another HalfTime Ministry Weekend for Middle Adults

Pleasant Grove Grace Brethren Church in North English, Iowa, will be the site for another HalfTime ministry weekend. Last September a group went to Dallas Center, Iowa to encourage the church there.

The Pleasant Grove trip will be September 5-7. To find out how you, as an adult, can be a part of a weekend of various ministries (testimonies, manual chores, outreach, encouragement), contact Art Bushen at 574.267.6622 or email cenational@cenational.org.

CE National Celebrations

It's an incredible year in the lives of those touched by the ministries of CE National. Come to one of these CE National Celebrations and rejoice with us in what God has done.

Bible Quiz Invitational

The 2nd annual Bible Quiz Invitational will be held at CE National's Russell Center the weekend of November 21-23. The event begins Friday evening at 7:00 and ends Sunday morning about 10:00.

Cost: $30 per person
Material Covered: John 13-18
Lodging info to come

Included in the price are two breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner. Each youth group is asked to bring snacks to share on Friday night.
