Special Weekend for Halftime Adults Planned

A portion of the Halftime Cabinet met Thursday, January 18, to discuss a special weekend for adults in their 40s and 50s. The event, called "Finding Your Spiritual Passions," will be held in April. It will be for single and married adults and will help to motivate and encourage all who attend. Dan and Holly Allan are featured during the weekend.

412 Students Leave For Mexico

The 412 Commission

The 412 Commission students left yesterday for their Mexico City experience. Jay Bell of Grace Brethren International Missions will lead the trip, helping the students expand their hearts for the nations.

Please pray that students will come back with a greater understanding of how to reach people for Christ in a foreign land.

Helping Equip the Next Generation

Marjorie Foote lived a life of service to the Lord and in ministry to people. Marjorie went to be with Jesus, but she left a gift from her estate to CE National for the continued training of young people for the work of the ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ. This special gift will be used for a new venture that will assist in the equipping of young adults in preparation for ministry. Celebrate This Sunday With CE National In Long Beach, CA

CE National will host a CE Celebration in Long Beach, California this Sunday, January 28. It will be held at the Community Grace Brethren Church of Long Beach and will begin at 6:00 p.m.

The program will have highlights from the past 40 years of CE National history, reports from the 412 Commission, and information on the new name for BNYC, Momentum. Also included will be the honoring of Carolyn Peak, Wall of Honor recipient from this year.

If you are within driving distance, you will not want to miss the laughter, the good memories, the fellowship, and the time of sharing in God’s goodness to CE National over the past 40 years.

Airfares Are Dropping To Gulfport, Mississippi

It's a good time to begin calling travel agents and checking airfare websites for plane tickets to attend Momentum youth conference. CE National recently saw prices for as little as $143 from Indianapolis and Baltimore to Gulfport, Mississippi. These fares did NOT extend into July yet. But they could in the coming months.
